  • Minimum rental contract is of 30 days.
  • Rent Rs. 900/- INR per day basis.
  • Rent 100% in advance - 20% at the time of booking and
    remaining 80% at the time of renting.
  • Rs. 5000/- security deposit at the time of renting - refundable.
  • PAN card or Pasport in original towards security.
  • Drive location area - GOA.
